Temperature Program for Breeder LayersPrimary Objective : Improve ½ % egg production from 10% of breeder farms with history of below average production.
1. Using the Portable Storage Device (PSD) the field tech downloads temperature files from breeder houses with below average egg production

--(3) This mode determines within seconds a numeric value as to whether the Temperature Degree Minutes are within the limits of  good temperature management.

--(5) This instant view alerts the field tech who in most cases, is able to provide a recommendation to remedy the problem while still in the breeder house.

-- (6) Field tech saves temperature files on flash drive and delivers an updated flash drive to Office Assistant. The flash drive is checked for viruses before transforming the files into a one page Summary bar chart for all the houses recorded.

--(7) The Summary report allows the manager to immediately spot the problem house or houses. The manager may then check with the field tech as to the steps that need to be taken to fix the problem house or determine if additional management and communication is required.
